Get Ready To Vote.
Three simple steps, your nearest voting location, and the IDs
you can bring. Everything you need to cast a counted ballot.
Register
Confirm you're registered at your current address by October 5. Moved recently? Update it now.
Make a plan
Pick a day — early voting (Oct 19–30) or Election Day (Nov 3) — and choose a location.
Bring ID
Bring one of Texas' seven accepted forms of photo ID. Polls are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

In Houston you have multiple options to vote early before Election Day, and hundreds of countywide locations on Election Day. Find your nearest center below.
